Schesuan Spicy Ground Beef and Green Beans

Spicy Ground Beef and Breen Beans-1 This spicy ground beefiness and light-green beans is one of the well-nigh popular dishes in China, originated from Szechuan cuisine. It is also one of my favorite dishes.

Spicy ground beefiness and greenish beans

Ingredients

  • ane pound green beans, ends trimmed, permit dry
  • ⅕ pound footing beef
  • 2 stale chili peppers, cut into small pieces
  • i tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon minced ginger
  • For marinating the beef:
  • a touch of table salt
  • a touch of saccharide
  • a touch of oil
  • one tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking vino
  • For cooking and seasoning:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon common salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinating the beef with common salt, carbohydrate, oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for about ten minutes.
  2. Heat ½ cup of oil in the pan over medium heat, advisedly add together in the green beans, deep fry for about 8 minutes until their surfaces are crisp.
  3. Fish the light-green beans out and fix aside, leave half of the oil in the pan and discard the other half.
  4. Turn to medium-high heat and stir in the dried chili peppers, garlic and ginger, sauté for about two minutes until fragrant and browned.
  5. Add together the footing beefiness into the pan and stir fry for some other ii minutes until the beef has changed color.
  6. Stir in the green beans and toss in the salt, sugar and soy sauce, sitr fry for some other ii-3 minutes and serve.

Notes

Brand sure the green beans are dry out earlier putting them into the hot oil for deep frying.

I made this subbing in a Across Burger and red pepper flakes for the beefiness and stale peppers. I also used Shao Xing cooking vino. It was actually good and super easy to make. I will definitely brand it once again. Thanks for posting it!

Just 1/5 pound ground beef? That's similar 3.2 ounces, not much with a pound of light-green beans. I'g going to endeavour the recipe because it sounds really good, and I do "blistered" Szechuan beans frequently.
